Behren LaRue DuVall

Behren LaRue DuVall, 69, of Pampa, Texas, formerly of Aurora, Colorado, passed away at his home on Monday, February 10, 2025. Born in St. Louis, Missouri, on August 29, 1955, to Andre and Betty Jean DuVall, Behren graduated from high school in Denver, Colorado, before earning his certification in respiratory therapy.
He worked as a respiratory therapist at Denver Children's Hospital in Colorado and at a hospital in Wyoming. Behren had a passion for sports, particularly football, and was known for his love of tinkering with electronics. He once took apart his Mercedes and reassembled it flawlessly, showcasing his mechanical prowess.
Behren's presence was felt in every room, though he never sought to be the center of attention. His humor and loving nature will be deeply missed.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Jean DuVall; father, Andre DuVall and his grandmother, Henrietta, whom he cherished.
He is survived by his two children, Andre D. McDonald of Aurora, CO; his daughter, Amber McDonald of Aurora, CO; his sister, Henrietta June Davis and her husband Michael of Colorado Springs, CO; eight grandchildren, Jalen Williams, Alana Williams, Devin Wiliams, Baeli McDonald, Airic McDonald, Jada McDonald, Andrea McDonald, and Bishop McDonald; and one great-grandson, Airin McDonald.
