Ben Timms Obituary
Benjamin Andrew Timms, 57, born in Oak Park, Illinois on October 31st, 1968 to Bruce and Beverly Timms.
He grew up in Streamwood, illinois attending Parkwood, Heritage Elementary schools, Tefft Junior High, Streamwood H.S. and graduating in 1986 from Glenbard North H.S.
Ben played little league baseball, football and wrestled in H.S.
He loved animals, especially dogs; He was talented artist; little children loved him because he was a gentle giant and tender hearted.
Ben leaves behind his beloved son, Andrew of Fort Worth; his brother Brian (Maria); his parents Bruce (Kathy) Timms; Beverly (Peter) Breskovich; SIL Amy Timms, sister Jill.
Predeceased by younger brother Matthew Timms, Aunt Carol and Uncle Bob.
Ben will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Per his wishes Ben was cremated, asking that his ashes be spread at Ray Roberts Lake in Texas, Devils Lake in Wisconsin and Wasatch Mountains in Utah.
A second memorial for Ben will be held at Zion LutherN Church in Elgin, Illinois on February 28, 2026.
