Bennie Maestas Obituary
Bennie Maestas, born on February 13, 1936, peacefully passed away on April 10, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. He was the youngest of 18 siblings and is survived by his loving wife, Reina Maria Almeida de Maestas, with whom he shared 65 years of marriage filled with adventures and joy. Bennie's profound impact extends to his 4 children, 10 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren, who carry his spirit forward with the love and values he instilled in them.
His diverse passions, from barbering to fishing, exemplified his zest for life, leaving a lasting impression on all who knew him.
We invite those who loved him to come to his services: French on University for viewing at 6:00 and Rosary at 6:30 on April 16th, 2024. Funeral services at San Felipe de Neri at 10:30 followed by burial at Gates of Heaven on April 17th, 2024. For a Full obituary please go to:

I am grateful I had the opportunity and privilege to know Ben and especially for having him for my first and only Barber for at least my first 20 years of my life and will always remember our good talks and just want to assure the Family Ben will be missed greatly not only by his Family but by his Friends and Devoted Customer of Ben's Hair Designs... We Love you all Ben's Family and I can Honestly say My Barber and friend Bennie Maestas is a Legend to Albuquerque, NM.

Ben was one of the best barbers in Albuquerque. He always dressed sharp and always had words of wisdom for the young men and old timers that came in for a clean cut RIP my friend thank you for all the years of service. God bless your family in this difficult time.
