Benny is survived by his wife, Sam Formby, son, Benny Guadalupe Formby, and daughter, Britnie Formby. Along with five grandchildren, Dazia Rene Formby, Benny Guadalupe Neil Formby, Jewel Raelynn Music, Perla Rose Music, and Jaxon Ray Formby. He also leaves behind bonus children that he played a part in their lives as a father figure. Amber Garza, Alexis Trevino, Vanessia Morales and Kaylah Luna.
Benny was an amazing man and hard worker for many years and always strived to provide for his family. He was loved and respected by many. Benny will truly be missed by everyone who met him.
