She is survived by her children, Trisha McMillan, Debbie and Lex Webb, and Alan and Judy Formby.

Her great-great-grandchildren include Cameron and Addie Sharp, Maddie Darnell, and Asher Castleberry.
Betty also dearly loved her many nieces and nephews, cherishing the bonds of family that extended from her nine brothers and sisters.
Her greatest legacy is the unwavering faith and love she poured into her family and all who knew her. She leaves behind a testimony of prayer, scripture, and devotion that will continue to guide generations.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Betty’s home church, Word of Faith Christian Fellowship (Care of Pastor Johnny Banks), 1013 Gould Dr. #A, Bossier City, LA 71111, Phone: (318) 747-3327.
