Bernard (Bud) Dennis, 85, died Sunday, October 05, 2025, at home. Buddy was born on September 16, 1940, in Otter River, MA. He was the son of Leonard and Loraine (Bowden) Dennis. He is predeceased by his loving wife of sixty years, Irene.
He is survived by his three sons, Bernie Dennis of Winchendon, Jeff Dennis of Athol, and David Dennis and his wife Kay of Nashville, TN, and their three children, Jeremy, Keri, and Timothy; One sister, Claire Smith of Templeton, MA.
Buddy graduated from Narragansett High School class of 1958. He served honorably in the National Guard in the early 1960s. He worked the majority of his life for Lilly Industrial Coatings. He was also a longtime member of Otter River Sportsman’s Club.
Buddy enjoyed and shared with Irene many hobbies, crafts, and DIY projects. Together they gardened both vegetables and flowers.
A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the Stone-Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central Street, Winchendon, MA 01475.
