Mr. Shoemake, 60, passed away on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at Baptist Health in Jackson, MS. He was Catholic by faith. Mr. Shoemake's hobbies included playing in bands as a drummer, playing dominos and washers.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Hubert Shoemake and Cleddie Mae Gibson Shoemake; sisters, Fronin Tubby and Ronie Tubby; brothers, James Monroe Shoemake, Gerald Shoemake.
Survivors include his brother, Hilbert Shoemake; host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Pallbearers are Dewayne Thomas, John Thomas, Timothy Thomas, Greg Shoemake, Brandon Shoemake, Justin Sam. Honorary pallbearers are Yunnal Willis, Winter Solomon, Brandon Tubby, Milton Robinson, Michael Tubby, Jashun Tubby.
