Bertha Torres, 68, entered eternal rest on January 6, 2024. She was born in Mexico on March 4, 1955.
Bertha is survived by her beloved husband of 35 years, Jose L. Torrez,, their children: Lizbeth Vigil (Bernie), Juan Olivo (Jessica), and Dayfa Olivo (Daniel), her mother; Amparo Garcia, her siblings; Reyna Gutierrez, Anna Gutierrez, Inocente Gutierrez, Rene Gutierrez, and Balfred Gutierrez, her grandchildren; Joshua, Brandon, Jadyn, Jeremiah, Amuris, Cattleya, Giovanni, Kaleb, and Zoe, and her great-grandchild, Ariel. She is preceded in death by her father, Alejandro Gutierrez and her sister, David Gutierrez.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 22, 2023, from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm at Mission Park South with a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 1:00 pm. Funeral services will begin at 1:30, with interment to follow at Mission Burial Park South.
