Bertie Mae Bolin Singleton, 87, Shelbyville, died Friday, December 12, 2025 at The Richwood in LaGrange following an illness. A native of Shelbyville, she was the daughter of the late Taylor Bolin and Martha Pearl Bolin. She was employed at Walmart for many years as a customer assistant. In her leisure time, she enjoyed flowers, birds, watching her bird feeders for the many robins, cardinals and hummingbirds and working puzzles. She bowled for many years, where she made many lifelong friends. She was Baptist by faith.

In addition to her parents, her loving husband of 70 years, Louis Lee Singleton, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her daughters, Wilma Collins and Patsy Anderson (Wayne), both of Shelbyville; her sons, Bobby Singleton of Shelbyville and Steve Singleton (Tammy) of Greenville; two brothers, Arthur Bolin of Otiscoe, IN and Donnie Bolin of Louisville; nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at Grove Hill Cemetery Chapel. Rev. Bill Taylor will officiate. Burial will follow at Grove Hill Cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Webb Funeral Home. Online condolences may be expressed at www.webbfuneralhome.com.
