Beth Eliene Plopper, aged 56, of Palmer, Illinois passed away at her residence on August 1, 2024, with her family by her side.
Beth was born to Melvin and Frieda (Susser) Skinner in Taylorville, Illinois; both preceded her in death. She married Michael E. Plopper on November 22, 1986, in Morrisonville, IL. Together they shared over thirty-eight years of marriage. Beth was a loving and caring individual who would do anything for her family and friends. She was a housewife and also worked as a private independent home health care worker for many years. Beth will truly be missed.
Surviving is her husband; children, Derek Skinner of Taylorville, Stacey Ishmael (Jordan) of Mattoon, IL, Hope (Steve) Rigney of Palmer, Illinois; grandchildren, Joseph, Chance, Bently, Jordan, Steve Jr., Dylan, and McKenzie; siblings, Nancy Patty of St. Paul, Minnesota, Kevin (Ann) Skinner of Temecula, California, William Skinner of Morrisonville, Illinois, and Darlene McCauley of Morrisonville, Illinois.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Charlie Patty and Kenny Patty, sisters Joyce Patty and Barb Miller.
Per Beth's wishes, cremation rights are being accorded and no services are planned at this time.
