Bettencourt Shawn V

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Shawn Viron Bettencourt (age 50) on July 30th, 2024, in Salmon, Idaho. Shawn Viron Bettencourt was born on July 15th, 1974, in Burley, Idaho. He was a Construction Worker with Dahle Construction and enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, and hanging out with family and friends. He is survived by his mother Belinda Bettencourt (Luther Phillips), his sister Christine Dahl (Nathan), 4 nephews (Braxton, (Mariquita), Colby, (Hannah), Isiah, and William) and 2 nieces (Kaitlyn and Mashayla), and his fiancé Lorie Hampton and her 3 children (Jasmine, Sierra, and Blayne (Faith) and three grandchildren (Rylinn, Madylinn, and Waylinn). He was a loving stepfather to Tyler and Jordan. He also was a Great Uncle to Theo. He was preceded in death by his father Anthony Bettencourt, Maternal Grand Parents Viron & Norma Wilkinson, Paternal Grand Parents Joseph & Joyce Bettencourt, and Aunts and Uncle. Celebration of life will be held on August 17th at Salmon City Park at 4pm.
