On Saturday, October 4, 2025, Betty Ann Anderson, 72, of the Town of Nasewaupee, went to rest peacefully in the Lord's arms after colon cancer took over her body but not her faith. She away peacefully just as she wanted with her girls at her bedside.

Betty's life will be honored with a Mass of Christian Burial prayed at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church in Maplewood, 7491 County Road H, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235 with Fr. William Brunner as celebrant. She will be laid to rest in the Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum at Nicolet Memorial Gardens in the Town of Scott, beside her husband, Roger.

Visitation for family and friends will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at Huehns Funeral Home, 1414 Michigan Street, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235 with a parish wake service to be prayed at 6:30 p.m. There will be no public visitation at the church on Thursday. Those anticipating attending the funeral Mass on Thursday are welcome to gather at church at 10:40 a.m. to await the arrival of the Anderson family, who will be processing into church.

"A very special thank you goes out to all her Unity angels, especially Kristen, who was such a support to Mom and us girls, Dr. Paul Maes, and Dr. Jaslowski and the entire Door County Cancer Center staff."
