Betty Lou Crow, 90, of Orange, TX, passed away on Friday, August 1, 2025. She was born on March 7, 1935, in Gilmer, TX, to her parents, Connie Bridges and Ethel Mae Stanford. Betty dedicated her life to taking care of her family, along with being a seamstress and handy woman. Betty had a passion for gardening and had a deep love for her pets. She spent most of her spared time doing arts and crafts such as wood carving, painting, quilting, crocheting, and knitting.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Connie Bridges and Ethel Mae Bridges; her husband, Douglas Lamar Crow; her five brothers, CJ Bridges, Billy Joe Bridges, Hubert Bridges, Jack Bridges, and Larry Junior Bridges; her two sister, Lena Fay Bridges and Bonnie Fay Bridges; her two sons, Johnny Lee Crow and David Arnold Crow, grandson, Keith Allen Cesar and granddaughter Zaleana Crow.
Betty is survived by her sister, Juanita Bridges; her sister, Virginia Mae Bridges; her brother Leo Mack Bridges, her son, Lamar Douglas Crow (Mary); her daughter, Mary Ann Crow; her son, Willie Wayne Crow (Jacqueline); her grandsons, Randal Allen Taylor, Marcus Allen Crow, Jospeh Brandon Crow (Jade), Sean Ross Crow (Miranda), Benjamin Ryan Crow (Irma), Jaden Crow, and Lemuel Brinkley; her great grandsons, Osiris grey Crow, Cooper Wade Reed, Johnathan Crow, and Jeremiah Crow; her great granddaughters, Ella Kate Crow, Nalia Yadira Buckridge, and Junie Reese Crow.
Visitation will be held August 15, 2025 at 6pm-8pm at the Bishop-King Funeral Home. Services will be held August 16, 2025 at 10am at the Dermott cemetery, with Brother Phillip Payne officiating. To plant a beautiful memorial tree in memory of Betty Crow, please visit our Tree Store.
