Betty Ann Rugg ObituaryBetty Ann Rugg, 84, of West Long Branch, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 12, 2025. She was born on November 7, 1940 to parents Helen and Joseph Sacco of West Long Branch. Later on, she went on to marry her husband William Rugg in 1961 and moved to Oceanport in 1966. Betty is predeceased by her father in 2007, her husband in 2010, her brother in 2013 and her mother in 2014. Surviving are her two daughters Debra Ann and her husband Bill Shrader and Kimberly Ann and her husband Joseph Masi; her sister Mary Sue Pignato of Manahawkin and her sister in law Midge Sacco of Middletown along with 2 grandchildren and 4 great grand children and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to visit from 1 to 3pm on Saturday at Fiore Funeral Home, 882 Broadway, in West Long Branch. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dementia Society of America, P.O. Box 600, Doylestown, PA, 18901. For condolences please visit www.fiorefuneralhomes.com.
