Beverly C. Bethea

Bethea, Beverly C. age 74 of Dover, NJ, passed away Saturday May 13, 2023, at the Saint Clare's Hospital Denville Campus following a brief illness. Born in Pinewald, NJ, Beverly grew up in Beach Haven and had lived briefly in Morristown before settling in Dover many years ago.
Daughter of the late Joseph Edgar and Marjorie (nee Richardson) Cranmer, Beverly was a graduate of Beach Haven Elementary School, the Stafford Intermediate School, and the Southern Regional High School class of 1966. She went on to earn her Bachelors and Master's degrees in Art from Fairleigh Dickinson University in the 1970s. Ms. Bethea had a long career in the Finance Industry most recently with Fiserv of Parsippany, NJ. She was an avid reader who enjoyed puzzles of any kind. Most importantly though, she loved being a devoted companion, mother, grandmother, and sister to her cherished family.
Survivors include her long-time companion Virgilio Vazquez of Dover, her son Joseph and his wife Kristy Vazquez of Caldwell, her daughter Sara and her husband Nicholas DeNicola of Randolph, her cherished grandchildren Avery and Sydney Vazquez, Domenico, Giuliana and Lorenzo DeNicola, her brothers Jeffrey and his wife Connie Cranmer, David and his wife Joan Cranmer as well as her sister JoAnne Graham.
Visitation will be held Thursday May 18, 2023, from 5 to 8 PM with funeral services being held Friday May 19th at 10 AM in the Smith-Taylor-Ruggiero Funeral Home One Baker Ave. (Rt. 46) Dover, NJ 07801.
