Beverly “Bev” J. Hahn, 73, Mosinee, formerly of Missouri, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Monday, February 16, 2026, at her home.
Bev was born on March 28, 1952, in Missouri. Daughter of the late Robert and Pearl (Frith) Tomczak. She married John Hahn on May 2, 1992, in Kirkwood, MO. Bev served as the Executive Director of the Washington University Medical School, after retiring from work, John and Bev moved to Mosinee, WI.
Bev found joy in life’s simple and beautiful moments. She was an accomplished cross-stitcher, creating countless lovely pieces over the years that warmly decorated her home and reflected her patience and creativity. Hummingbirds held a special place in her heart, symbolizing the beauty and grace she admired in nature. Bev loved cooking for those she cherished and enjoyed a spirit of adventure through scuba diving, camping, and exploring the outdoors. She also took great pride in canning and gardening, sharing the fruits of her labor with family and friends. Above all else, Bev treasured time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren, who were the light of her life and brought her endless joy.
Bev is survived by her husband of 34 years, John; stepchildren, Melissa (Shon), Daniel (Melissa) and Eric; step-grandchildren, Quintin, Anna, Audrey, Madelyn, Jace and Willow; as well as her sister, Yvonne. Besides her parents, Bev was preceded in death by her brother, Tyrone, and step-grandchild, Adam.
A Celebration of Life for Bev will be held at a later date. Beste Funeral Home, Mosinee, is assisting the family with arrangements. Online condolences can be directed to the family at www.bestefh.com.
