To Barry, family and friends of Beverly,
Words don´t seem to be enough to comfort you now.
I worked with and have known Bev for over 40 years. I met her on CBS News, 60 Minutes in 1984. She worked for the famed executive producer, Don Hewitt. I worked for the senior producer of the broadcast so we had a very close working relationship for almost 20 years. She was the go to person, overseeing and assisting the boss of one of the most successful news broadcasts in history. She managed both the office and him with effortless ease.
Beverly was classy, accomplished, approachable, compassionate, and blessed... And above all she was a wonderful person.
I will miss her and I send my love and condolences to Freddy and the Morgan family and all who were lucky to have known Beverly.
With love,
Susie
