Beverly Jane "Bev" Mueller

Beverly Jane "Bev" Mueller, 84, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on November 17th, 2025, in her hometown surrounded by loved ones. A devoted mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin, and friend, Bev will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and the genuine care she showed to everyone she met.

Born on April 28st, 1941, in Louisville, Bev was the daughter of the late Florence Wall and Roy Wall. She attended St. Elizabeth Catholic School and went on to graduate from Mercy Academy in 1959, proudly maintaining lifelong friendships from both communities. Bev's strong work ethic and friendly spirit led her into a successful career in real estate, where she notably served as an account representative for *Louisville Homes Magazine* for more than twenty years. Her professionalism and sharp eye for detail made her a trusted and respected presence in her field.

Beyond her career, Bev's most cherished role was being a loving mother to her three surviving children - Michael Mueller (Gretchen), Misty Maggard, and Kris Mueller (Sue Anne); and grandchildren - Andrew Mueller (Nikki), Joanna Hayes (Kevin), Nathan Maggard, Julianne Maggard, John Mueller, Ben Mueller, and Elizabeth Mueller, who were the center of her life. She adored spending time with her family, exchanging stories and laughter, and celebrating every moment together. Bev was also known to enjoy lively conversations with friends and neighbors and could often be found cheering on her Kentucky Wildcats football and basketball teams.

A faithful member of St. Margaret Mary Parish in Louisville, Bev found great comfort and community in her church.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm on Sunday, November 23rd, at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, Louisville, Kentucky, with a memorial service immediately following at 4:00 pm, at Highlands.

The family extends their deepest gratitude to the staff at Signature Healthcare at Jefferson Place Assisted Living for the loving care they provided. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Margaret Mary Parish or Catholic Charities.
