Beverly J. Novak

Beverly Jeanne Novak, 80, of Elmhurst, IL passed away suddenly on Saturday September 21st. She was born in Elmhurst, IL on December 26th, 1943, to Frank J Baker II and Christine V (Kibort) Baker. She was a Business Owner, Interior Designer and Flooring Contractor, she was still working full-time. Beverly spent a lot of time in her Garden. She was a truly amazing cook and was constantly conjuring up new recipes. Christmas and Her Annual Christmas Party (Catered strictly by herself) benefiting Local Families in need was the highlight of her year. She started that tradition in 1993. Beverly also was a world traveler and took family and friends with her often. She was a long time boater and card player. She was loved and adored by many including many lifelong friends Beverly is survived by her sons - Rob Novak (Tracy) of Downers Grove, IL; 9 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren- John Novak (Francie) of Western Springs, IL; 2 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents - Frank J Baker and Christine V Baker. Her sister Roberta Brueckner, Her Brother Dr. Frank J Baker III. She was family to many so we would like to include all of you whom she loved dearly. Visitation Thursday October 3, 2024, 3pm until 8pm at Pedersen Ryberg Funeral Home 435 N York St, Elmhurst, IL 60126 Lying in state Friday, October 4th at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 3rd & Michigan, Elmhurst, IL from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Service. A Celebration of Life Luncheon immediately after the service for family and invited friends in the basement of the Church followed by Interment Mt. Vernon Memorial Estates, 11875 Archer Avenue, Lemont, IL. Please bring your favorite memories to share with all, we want to celebrate her life and that needs to include all of you.
