Beverly Lou Serfass, age 81, of Brookfield, passed away Friday, June 16, 2023, at McLarney Manor in Brookfield, Missouri.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at Wright Funeral Home in Brookfield with Pastor Lee Porch officiating. Burial will be at Park Lawn Cemetery in Brookfield. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.

Beverly Lou, daughter of Elmer Douglas and Dorothy Lee (Karriker) Faught, was born October 13, 1941, in Minnieville, Missouri.
Beverly married Glen Buckman and to this union a daughter, Toni Lynn, was born. Beverly then married Aubry Serfass, who preceded her in death on October 20, 2003.
Bev worked as a switchboard operator for Southwestern Bell and as a bookkeeper for McLarney Manor and the Linn County Sheriff's Office. Later Beverly worked in retail at the Shoe Tree and Price Clothing; and also worked at Dr Tom Pitts Dentistry.
She was a lifelong member of Trinity United Methodist Church, which she served on various church boards and committees, American Legion Auxiliary 538 Unit Linneus and Athena Club.
Beverly enjoyed volunteering for the Pershing Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, playing cards, square dancing, and crocheting. She especially looked forward to her standing Friday appointments at Hair Express.
Survivors include her daughter, Toni Fay and husband, Randy and grandson, Evan Fay, all of Brookfield; her sister, Patsy Kiso of Hollister, Missouri; step-granddaughters, Abigail Jensen and Elizabeth Jensen; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Aubry Serfass; her brothers, Jack and Doug Faught; and stepdaughter, Pamela Jensen.
