It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Beverly Ann Syferd, who left us on August 26, 2025, in Kimberling City, Missouri. Born on September 19, 1946, in Fort Dodge, Iowa, Beverly led a life dedicated to caring for others. A beloved nanny, she was self-employed and devoted to the children she looked after, bringing joy and laughter into their lives.

Beverly's warmth shone through her great sense of humor and thoughtful nature. She found happiness in the simple pleasures and delighted in sharing anything that brought a smile to those around her. Her legacy of care and kindness will undoubtedly be remembered by all who knew her.

Beverly is survived by her children, Valerie Smith and Jim Syferd, and grandchildren Alex Harkin, Ashley Ward and Alyssa Smith, who will carry forward her spirit and love. As well as a special niece, Kim Tibbets and great nieces Sarah, Charmaine and Angela.

She was preceded in death by her parents Clyde and Carmella Williams, her sisters Judy and Marie and her husband Nels.

In accordance with her wishes, Beverly's remains will be cremated, with disposition planned at 3506 North National Avenue, Springfield, Missouri.

Beverly will be deeply missed, forever in the hearts of her family and friends. In honoring her memory, we encourage those who knew her to cherish the love and laughter she brought into their lives.
