She was born on July 17, 1931, in Niangua, Missouri to Hiram and Carie Antonia "Toni" Mace Williams.
She married Donald "Don" Robert Case on September 16, 1949.
Flo is survived by her daughter Kimber Case Kyle and husband Dale of Ozark, MO, nephew Paul Nease of Kansas City, KS, nieces Hirama McCracken and husband Don of Sugar Land, TX, Patti Romero and husband Joey, Noressa Allen and husband Phil, and Tamara Roberts and husband James, all of Port Neches, TX, along with their families.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00pm, September 4, 2025, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Anyone wanting to go in a funeral procession to the graveside can meet at the Greenlawn North building.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association in Memory of Flo.
