He was a retired US Navy Seabee and a well-regarded employee of the United States Postal Service for over 30 years.
Bill's quick wit and humor was endearing to everyone around him. He never met a stranger and was always available to lend a helping hand.
Even in his final hours, Bill was strong. When asked how he felt, how's the meal, he responded "perfect".
We would like to thank all our family and friends for the outpouring of love, prayer and support.

Dear Janice,
We are so deeply sorry for your loss. Bill was an extraordinary man-funny, smart, and endlessly kind. His generosity and willingness to share his wisdom and knowledge made such a difference in the lives of so many. He had a rare gift for helping others and, somehow, always knowing how to fix anything.
And who could forget his legendary margaritas and cheese crisps? Those little moments of joy he created on Clemente Dr. were a reflection of the love and warmth he shared with everyone around him.
Please know that you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time. We hope you can find comfort in the beautiful memories you built together. He will be dearly missed but never forgotten.

Reid and I have many good memories of times spent with Bill and Janice. Fantastic people! Reid says Bill was his very best friend. May God bless and comfort you, Steven, Tracie and families.
