William "Bill" R. Culler, 77, of Bolivar, passed away Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at Rose Lane Nursing Home in Massillon after an extended illness. Born November 16, 1947 in Canton, he was a son of the late Ralph and Grace Culler. Bill grew up in Canton and graduated from McKinley High School in 1966. He retired in 2006 as front end manager from the Gray/Rite Aid Drug Store at Country Fair Plaza in Canton after 40 years. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army and an active member of the Bolivar United Methodist Church. Bill developed a passion for model railroading at a very young age and he and his wife Diana enjoyed the model railroad hobby together. Along with his wife Diana, he is survived by brothers Bruce (Pam) Culler of Louisville, Ron (Barb) Culler of Sherrodsville, Jerry (Sharon) Johnson of Russells Point, a sister Juanita Wilson of Canton and many nieces, nephews and friends. Bill was a kind, gentle soul with three main loves: his family, trains and classic cars.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Dale Culler and a sister Betty Lapp.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, August 11, 2025 at 12:00 Noon at the Bolivar United Methodist Church. Rev. Gordon Furbay will officiate and burial will follow in Ft. Laurens Cemetery in Bolivar where military honors will be conducted. The family will receive friends at the church Monday from 10:30 AM until time of service at Noon.
