Born on February 20, 1948, she was the daughter of the late William and Glennetta Mosier.
Beloved wife of 55 years to Terence Serbak; loving mother of Michael (Erica) Serbak, Kevin (Cindy) Serbak, Matthew (Cristina) Serbak and Kandi (Thomas) DeWalt; cherished grandmother Terence M. Serbak, Dakota Walker, Bailey DeWalt, Andrew Serbak, and Aiden DeWalt; dear sister of Dennis Mosier, Karen Adams, and the late Joane Petrie; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Billie Sue had a love for genealogy. She was fascinated by the Civil War and was Member of the Daughters of the American Revolutions. She was always doing some sort of craft and devout member of First Lutheran Church in Washington. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Lutheran Church, 92 W Walnut Street, Washington, PA 15301.
