Billy Allen, beloved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully on November 16, 2024, at the age of 90. He was born on June 19, 1934, in Charleston, West Virginia to Major Allen and Lora (Thomas) Allen.
Billy was preceded in death by his cherished wife, Vivian (Bussell) Allen, with whom he shared 60 years of love and devotion. Together, they raised a large and close-knit family. Billy is survived by his eight children: Belinda Jones, Anthony (Linda) Allen, Billy Allen, Karen Allen, Wesley (Rose) Allen, Ray Dean (Leslye) Allen, Daniel Allen, and Shelby Allen. He was the proud grandfather of 21 grandchildren and was blessed with numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren who will continue to carry his legacy forward.
A man of strength, kindness, and humility, Billy's family and friends will remember him for his unwavering love, his work ethic, and his deep commitment to his family. His laughter, wisdom, and gentle spirit will be missed by all who knew him.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 18, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Neidhard Young Funeral Home, 7401 Hamilton Avenue, Mt. Healthy, Ohio 45231. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Billy's memory to Hospice of Cincinnati.

The thing I will always remember is his smile
It was rare to see him without a smile. I can´t remember ever seeing him look or act angry.
