Billy Edward Cannon, Jr., 71, of 20 H Street Inman, South Carolina, passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2026 at his home.
Born in Asheville, North Carolina on March 5, 1955, a son of the late Betty (Burdette) Cannon and Billy Edward Cannon, Sr.
He was a graduate of Dorman High School and retired from BMW where he worked as a fork lift operator.
Billy loved playing golf, music, especially Billy Joel, enjoyed coaching little league baseball and playing church league softball along with umpiring. He also loved the University of South Carolina Gamecocks and the Atlanta Braves.
He is survived by his son, Billy Joel Cannon and his wife Brianna of Sarasota, Florida; three sisters, Wanda McCall and her husband Brian, Niki Foster and Donna Painter and his caregiver, Joy Cannon.
At his request no services will be held.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: Mobile Meals of Spartanburg, 419 East Main Street, Inman, South Carolina 29302.
