Loving survivors include his mother, Jane Austin; sister, Ashley (Anthony) Simmons; nieces, Annabelle Simmons and Alexandria Simmons; nephew, Draven Simmons; uncle, Paul (Holly) Price; aunt, Carol (Larry) Skillern; uncle, Johnny (Shelley) Austin; aunt, Debbie Milton; numerous cousins and a host of friends.
Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, September 22, 2022 at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with Rev. Roger Reid officiating. Burial will follow at Crestview Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Hunter Austin, Devin Austin, Josh Ecker, Andrew Breshears, John Thomas Allison, Denver Austin, and Ricky Holzer.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Blake's cousin, Sharon Swint, for her kind support and love.
