Cress Funeral & Cremation Service - Sun PrairieBo Wink passed away peacefully on August 8,2025. He was born on October 7, 1971, in Yankton, South Dakota. He grew up south of Benson, Arizona on the Cascabel Ranch. His family moved to Davis, California during his middle school years. Bo graduated from Consolidated A&M High School in College Station, Texas. He loved playing football and being with friends. He graduated college from Stanislaus State University in Turlock, California where he met the love of his life, Lisa.
Bo and Lisa were married on September 19, 1998, in Turlock, California. During their 27 years together, they raised two amazing boys, Dean Austin (22) and Garrett Raymond (19). Bo loved his job as an agronomist, which took the family to Idaho and eventually to DeForest, Wisconsin.
He loved coaching his boys in soccer, spending time with family and hunting on the family ranch in South Dakota. His biggest joy was watching the boys participate in their many activities, including sports and band. He was so proud of their accomplishments.
Bo lived life to the fullest and will be remembered for his smile, laughter and the way he was friends with everyone.
Bo is survived by his wife, Lisa; sons, Dean and Garrett; parents, Dean and Joan Wink; sister Dawn Wink (Noe’ Villareal); nephews, Wyatt Wink Moran and Luke Wink Moran; niece, Wynn Wink Moran; Father and Mother in-law, Keith and Barbara Collins; Brother-in-law, Jason Collins (Katie), nieces, Isla and Sienna; and many relatives and dear friends.
A memorial service will be held at Sun Prairie United Methodist Church, 702 North Street, Sun Prairie, WI at 11:00 am on Saturday, September 13, with a luncheon to follow. Visitation will be at 9:00 am. For those not able to join us in person, please view the service at the following link: https://youtube.com/live/yoV236MrcAY

From Lisa and Family:
It is with a heavy and broken heart that I share the news of Bo Wink’s passing. Our beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend died on Friday afternoon, peacefully, with me by his side.
On Monday morning, Bo suffered a seizure and cardiac arrest, which caused severe brain injury. Though our hearts ache, we find comfort knowing he is now at peace and free from his struggles.
Bo lived life to the fullest and touched countless lives along the way. He was my soulmate and best friend for over 32 years. While we faced our share of challenges, our love for each other never wavered. There were times when I didn’t particularly like him, but I always loved him.
He was endlessly proud of our boys — his greatest legacy — and I know he will continue to watch over them, amazed at the remarkable young men they are becoming.
Bo is now reunited with an army of saints who went before him, including his beloved dog, Duke, and dear friend, Dhar.
As we grieve, we also give thanks for his life and for the wonderful person he was at his core. There will be a service on Saturday, September 13. More details will be made available at a later time.
Thank you for your love and support during this most difficult time.
