Robert "Bob" Joseph Danos, 86, of Rogers, Arkansas formerly of Lakeland, Florida passed away on December 16, 2024. He was born in 1938 in Thibodaux, Louisiana, where he was raised alongside his two brothers (Artie and Larry) and two sisters (Snookie and Kathy). Bob was known for his intelligence and easygoing nature, traits that served him well in his long career as a Chemical Engineer after graduating from Auburn University. He married Frances Louise Schneider in 1965 and lived in Lakeland, FL for many years where he raised his children, Chris (Kim), Janel, and Tim (Molly). Bob was known for his sense of humor, storytelling ability, and love of food; he enjoyed trying new restaurants with his family, traveling, gardening, photography and reading. He had seven grandchildren: Bri, Isaiah, Lexi, Lynn, Alanza, Lucy, and Zaidy, and three great-grandchildren: Beau, Anna Claire, and Tate.
Friends of Bob are invited to join the family on Saturday Feb 1, 2025 at Church of the Resurrection Catholic Church in Lakeland, FL, for a Funeral Mass at 11am, followed by a Celebration of Life in the Parish Hall at 12:00. Online condolences can be made at www.bentoncountyfuneralhome.com.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Church of the Resurrection Catholic Church, Lakeland, Fl in memory of Bob.
