Bobby Coleman Obituary
Bobby was a devoted husband and was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 54 years, Jonnie Gentry Coleman, as well as his daughter, Leslie Kay Coleman, his son, Paul Walter Coleman, his sisters, Ginger Arlene Coleman Walker, Helen Coleman Holder, and his brother, Harold Coleman.
He is survived by his children, Eddie Coleman (Darnett) and Sandy Pugh (Russ); his daughter-in-law, Heather Coleman; and his special friend and companion, Lunell Tuggle. He is also survived by four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and his brother, Ronald Coleman.
Bobby was a longtime member of Welcome Methodist Church in Heard County and was a Past Worshipful Master of Bolton Lodge #416 F&AM. He later demitted to Centralhatchee Lodge #403 F&AM. He was a hardworking businessman who owned and operated 2 Minit and 3 Minit car washes in the Metro Atlanta area.
In his free time, Bobby loved gardening and enjoying the outdoors. He especially cherished gathering with friends every Wednesday at the Men's Club of Heard County, a tradition that brought him much joy and fellowship.
Bobby was a loving man who made a lasting impact on many lives. The family would like to extend a special thank you to his caregivers and friends at Spanish Oaks for their kindness, care, and support.
He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew and loved him.
The family will accept guest at Stutts Funeral Home on Tuesday afternoon, February 3,2026, from 5 - 7 PM. His funeral will be held Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at 11 AM at Welcome Methodist Church in Roopville Georgia. His body will lie in state the hour prior to the service. Interment to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Welcome Methodist Church in Roopville, GA.
