Bobby Underhill Obituary
Paradise ~ Bobby Underhill, 85, went to be with our Lord Friday, October 3, 2025 in Paradise.
Graveside service is 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 8th, at Wilson Prairie Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Bridgeport.
Jack Blankenship and Steven Bernard to officiate. Pallbearers are Bryan Williams, Roger Wooley, Daniel Patton, Jonathan Patton, Jacob Patton, and Joel Underhill. Honorary Pallbearer is Aaron Underhill.
Bobby was born on November 5, 1939, to Claude and Edna (Hindsley) Underhill in Rule, Texas. He was united in marriage to Mary Lou Bogan on July 12, 1957, in Keller. After dedicating many years as a janitor at Aero Brigham, Bobby retired, leaving behind a legacy of hard work and kindness. He was a beloved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, bringing joy to so many lives. Bobby's warmth and friendship touched the hearts of everyone who knew him, and he will be profoundly missed by all.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Mary Lou Underhill; his daughter, Lenette Williams; his sister, Carol Morris; and his brother, Mickey Underhill.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his children, Janise Patton and her husband Joe of Argyle, Bryan “Keith” Underhill and his wife Leah of Sedgwick, Kansas, and Shelise Wooley and her husband Robbie of Paradise; 12 grandchildren, Melissa Williams, Bryan Williams, Daniel Patton, Jonathan Patton, Diana Patton, Jacob Patton, Aaron Underhill, Joel Underhill, Gerry Wooley, Lance Wooley, Roger Wooley, and Meghan Yancey; 12 great-grandchildren; and his sister, Ella Mae Wright; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
