Bonnie Burkhart Obituary

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Burkhart on August 7, 2017 whom she married on June 1, 1951. She was also preceded by a daughter, Cathy Burkhart; a granddaughter, Stacey Wallick; and two grandsons-in-law Ryan Peterman and Tod Herron.
She is survived by her sons Michael (Jo Anne) Burkhart and Thomas (Shelly) Burkhart all of Dover; seven grandchildren: Julie (Brad Kerekes) Mathias, Tressa (Greg) Moore, Thom Burkhart,
Zack (Lauren) Burkhart, La'Trell (Becca) DiChiara, Cory DiChiara and Destinee (Spencer) Blackwell; nine great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
According to Bonnie's wishes there will be no calling hours or service. Cremation has taken place and a private graveside service will be held in Ft. Laurens Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of Lebold-Smith Funeral Home. To plant a beautiful memorial tree in memory of Bonnie, please visit our Tree Store.
