Bonnie Lou Krejcarek, age 74, of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at Aspirus-Riverview Hospital, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and unyielding devotion to her family and friends. Bonnie spent her life in the service of others, both professionally as a Nursing Assistant and personally as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Bonnie was born on July 17, 1950, in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, to Casimer and Ernestine (Hansen) Graczykowski. Bonnie's journey of love and companionship with her beloved husband, Dennis Krejcarek, was a beautiful testament to their enduring bond. Their marriage, which began on January 10, 1970, in Manitowoc, was a love story that spanned 54 years, filled with shared laughter, dreams, and an unwavering commitment to each other. The joy of their union was magnified by their two beautiful children, and further blessed with the arrival of their cherished grandchildren. Bonnie was a woman of great strength, unwavering loyalty, and deep compassion. Her life was a testament to her passion for caregiving, a passion she carried into her profession as a nursing assistant. Her work in nursing homes was not merely a job, but a vocation, and she served with unwavering dedication and compassion, touching countless lives in the process. She loved watching baseball, particularly the Milwaukee Brewers, and was a devoted fan of the Green Bay Packers. She found joy in life's simple pleasures and shared that joy with everyone around her. Bonnie is fondly remembered and deeply missed by her husband Dennis, her children Christopher (Jennifer) Krejcarek and Angela (Michael) Scott, her grandchildren, Curtis, Cason, Noah, Cameron, A'Shaun, Bailey, Holly, Malaija, and LeighLahnni, and her sister Donna (Roger) Rundle. She was proceeded in death by her parents Casimer and Ernestine (Hansen) Graczykowski, and her beloved grandson, Austin. Bonnie's family extends their deepest gratitude to the amazing staff at the Riverview Hospital ICU/General Care for the exceptional care and compassion they provided to Bonnie and the family during this difficult time. As we mourn the loss of Bonnie, we also celebrate her life and the immeasurable impact she had on all who knew her. Her contagious laughter, her radiant smile, and her unyielding love for her family will forever be etched in the hearts of those who cherished her.
