A graduate of Crothersville High School in 1947, Bonnie attended Approved Beauty School in Indianapolis, Indiana, following high school. She worked at a beauty shop in Crothersville for seven years before transitioning to a long and dedicated career. Bonnie worked as a receptionist at Martin Insurance from 1974 until her retirement.
Bonnie's warm presence, infectious smile, and kindness touched everyone around her. She had a deep love for her family, especially her two sons, David Michael Sandlin of Greenwood, Indiana, and Mark Jeffrey (Dana) Sandlin of Louisville, Kentucky. She also adored her granddaughter, Gracie Sandlin. Bonnie was deeply loved and will be missed by her sister, Nila Krumme of Seymour, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her brother, Sonny England.
Bonnie's legacy will be remembered through the love she gave to her family and friends. A private burial of her ashes will take place at Crothersville Cemetery.
Bonnie has entrusted Adams Family Funeral Home & Crematory with her cremation services.
