Brandon Chase Tacker was born on October 19, 1995 in Hardin County, Tennessee, the son of Joel Brandon and Sonya Wesson Tacker.
On May 28, 2019, he was united in marriage to Madison Murphy, who survives.
Mr. Tacker currently worked at Walmart in Savannah, Tennessee. He previously worked for CoreCivic in Clifton, Tennessee and at SM Lawrence as a sheet metal mechanic. He was a member of Sharon Baptist Church in Savannah, Tennessee. In his spare time, he enjoyed gaming, cooking, fishing, hunting, and playing football and baseball. More than anything, Chase loved his family and cherished the time they spent together. He had a huge heart; and the things he loved, he loved big.
Brandon Chase Tacker departed this life on May 14, 2025 in Savannah, Tennessee, at the age of 29 years, 6 months, and 25 days.
He is survived by his wife, Madison Tacker of Savannah, Tennessee; sons, Onyx Tacker, Jasper Tacker, Zayne Tacker, and Malachite Tacker; parents, Joel Brandon and Sonya Tacker of Savannah, Tennessee; brother, Dustin Tacker (Keeley) of Savannah, Tennessee; grandmothers, Shelia Shutt Zahn and JoAnn Wesson, both of Savannah, Tennessee; and uncles, Corey Zahn of Savannah, Tennessee, Garrard Wesson of Maine, and Matthew Wesson (Lauren) of Savannah, Tennessee.
Chase was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Jimmy Wesson; paternal grandparents, Travis Burks and Rebecca Lou Tacker Umphrey; and great grandmother, Dorothy Hardin.
