Brandy Nicole Gayheart

Brandy Nicole Gayheart, 31, of Lexington passed away on February 23rd, 2026. She was born on May 18th, 1994, in Lexington to Vickie Plowman Gayheart and Billy Gayheart

She was a 2011 graduate of Tates Creek High School, and a 2023 graduate of BCTC where she earned an associate degree in arts and had a certificate in medical coding.

Other than her parents, she is survived by her beloved children, Lilah-Rose Gayheart and Billy Hayden Gayheart; her brother, Billy Nicholas Gayheart (Kasey); nieces, Lakelynn and Hadley Gayheart; several aunts, uncles, cousins; and her best friend, Savina Nikolova. Brandy is preceded by her maternal grandparents, Ann and Tracy Plowman; and paternal grandparents, Billy and Montine Gayheart.

Brandy was a loving mother, daughter, and friend. She gave unconditional love and relentless support to everyone she crossed paths with. Brandy loved cooking, art, and music. She poured her soul into her paintings and her journals. She loved the outdoors and spending time in nature. From dirt bikes, to boats, to spontaneous hikes, she was always looking for an adventure. Brandy was a free spirit with a gentle soul. She loved her God and all of her people. Her contagious laugh will be dearly missed.

Her funeral service will be held at 12:30PM Friday, February 27th, 2026, at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home – Harrodsburg Road with burial to follow in Blue Grass Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:30AM until the start of service.
