Brenda Cushenbery Obituary
She was born on June 7, 1947 in Lindale, Texas, the daughter of Enveard Ray Jowers and Gladys Maudine (Perdue) Jowers. On August 16, 1976 she married Charles Dean Cushenbery. He survives.
Surviving in addition to her husband, Charles Cushenbery of Newton, KS are one son, Troy (Melodie) Irvin of Tuscola, TX; one daughter, Ronda King of Newton, KS; three grandchildren, Kerry Wise, Garrett Irvin, and Dustin Hrencher; three great-grandchildren, Kyleigh Hrencher, Venus Hrencher and Kaiden Austin; four brothers, Kenneth, Jackie, Clayton, and Randy Jowers; five sisters, Barbara Howard, Darla Reno, Donna Norton, Dianna Tarpley, and Dayna Jowers; numerous, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Bobby Ray Jowers and David Jowers, and a twin sister, Linda Edwards.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 3, 2023 at 2:00 p.m., at First Christian Church, Medicine Lodge, KS with Pastor Tom Walters officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Medicine Lodge, KS.
