Brenda L. Frederick

Brenda L. Frederick, 57, of Hyde Park, passed away on November 8, 2025, at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie.
Born on November 12, 1967, in New Milford, CT, she was the daughter of Sebastian and Geraldine (Horton) Burnett.
Brenda loved all aspects of crafting, specializing in custom made wreaths. She was also fond of knitting, but her real talents were highlighted in the general art of creating. She could craft anything and loved to do so. Brenda was an amazing wife and a phenomenal mother, and her family will miss her terribly.
She worked as a housekeeper for various places, including the Taconic Rehabilitation and Nursing at Ulster.
On June 19, 1990, she married her soulmate Vernon R. Frederick. They shared an incredible and inseparable 35 years together.
Brenda is survived by her devoted husband Vernon R. Frederick, and their daughter, Karin Frederick.
She was predeceased by her parents, Sebastian Burnett and Geraldine (Horton) Burnett.
Funeral services are at the convenience and privacy of the family.
