Brenda Faye Watson Rogers, age 63 of St. Pauls was born June 13, 1961 in Robeson Co. to Clara Seals Watson and the late RC Watson, Jr. and departed this life January 31, 2025 peacefully in her residence.
In addition to her father, Brenda is preceded in death by a nephew Bradford Gasque.
Brenda leaves to cherish her memories and mourn her passing, one son, Austin J. Rogers of Wilmington; one daughter, Rebecca K. Rogers (Michael) of Morrisville; her mother, Clara S. Watson of St. Pauls; one brother, Billy W. Watson (Debbie B.) of St. Pauls; two sisters, Sheila Gasque of Parkton and Carol Westbrook of Newton Grove; one niece, Jennifer Crumpler (David) of Southport; two nephews, Christopher Watson (Krystie) of Fayetteville and Steven Barnhill (Amy) of Wilmington and a host of other relatives and friends.
Brenda attended Pembroke State University (UNC Pembroke) and obtained a BS in Sociology and Criminal Justice. She was employed many years as a Social Worker in Robeson Co.
