Wappingers Falls - Brian B. Allen, a lifelong resident, passed away on November 9, 2023. He was 57 years old.
Brian was born on February 17, 1966 to Patricia and the late Robert B. Allen.
Brian is survived by Beatrice Toro, his partner of 32 years, and their son Avary Allen of Wappingers Falls; his mother, Patricia Allen of Poughquag; stepsons, Frederick L. Toro of Nevada and Luis A. Toro of Clearwater, Florida; his sister, Robin Dempsey of Poughquag; his nephews, Brandon Moloney and John Moloney; and his niece, Katie Dempsey.
Family and many friends will long remember his ready smile, sincere sense of caring, and his willingness always to lend a hand to those who needed one. He dearly loved his family. For all of his many attributes, his heart was surely his greatest and was most evident to all those who knew him. Kindness was always his priority. Brian was also a huge part of OLD SCHOOL BMX - GT BMX UK AND GT performer - Pro performer - World tour. He will be truly missed.

Brian was an incredible man. I never knew someone who pursued their passions the way he did. If he tried something he was all in. Drums, firearms, archery, motorcycling, tree work and much more. Always spoke from the heart. Although I haven't seen him for years, he will be missed. God Speed Brian, I'll see you on the other side.
