Brian Keith Stanley, 79 of Bellefontaine Ohio, passed away on Thursday March 5, 2026.
He was born January 5, 1947 in Zanesfield Ohio to the late David E and Marian E (Smith) Stanley.
Brian graduated from Logan Hills in 1965, He then went on to proudly served his country in the United States Army 1 st Calvary Division during the Vietnam Conflict. Brian served 2 tours of duty. After returning home he worked for the Railroad in Bellefontaine. He then went on to drive semi for Ritter.
In his free time Brian loved mushroom and arrowhead hunting, he truly enjoyed the outdoors in general. He was an avid Ohio State and Cincinnati Reds fan. Brian most of all loved spending time with his family.
Brian is survived by his son’s Jeremy and Chrissy Stanley, and Jason Stanley, sister Valerie (Gary) Hartzler, brother Steven (Anita) Stanley, nephew Thad (Kristi) Hartzler, niece Holly Walton and numerous great niece’s and nephew’s.
Brian will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to get to know him.
A memorial service will be held on a later date at the convenience of the family.
