Brittany Elaine Bert

Brittany Elaine Bert, 37, passed away on November 17, 2025, in Norman, Oklahoma. She was born on August 6, 1988, to Joseph V. Norwood and Monica L. Bert in Lawton, Oklahoma. She was later adopted by Erika R. Foster-Rabb and Terry L. Rabb in Anadarko, Oklahoma.
Brittany grew up in Anadarko, Oklahoma until she was 11 years old, then she moved to Arlington, Texas. She graduated from Kennedale High School in Arlington, Texas, May 2007, where she participated in track and basketball and was a trainer for the KHS football team.
After graduating from Kennedale High School, Brittany attended Navarro Junior College in Corsicana, Texas and Oklahoma University in Norman, Oklahoma. She received her Licensed Practical Nursing from Caddo Kiowa Technology Center, Ft. Cobb, OK and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, Weatherford, OK.
Brittany was an avid traveler and loved to travel and see family and friends.
Brittany was preceded in death by her brother Kyle E. Bert and one of her favorite cousins that was like a big sister, Ya'Shanti Norwood.
