Brother – Do
William E. Smith (Brother-Do) went to be with the Lord on October 20, 2025. He was born on December 7, 1959. After graduating from Loudon High School, William proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. Following his service, he moved to Lynchburg, Virginia, where he enjoyed working on cars and spending time with friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
William is survived by his companion, Alberta Beasley; his children, Brittney and Kevin; and grandchildren, Antwaan Underwood, Don Don Underwood, and Keevah Smith. He is also survived by his sisters, Linda Coffey, Michela (Kenny) Lewis of Loudon, Pam (Robert) Wells of Rockwood, and Cynthia Henderson; his brother, Eric (Jan) Smith of Buffalo, NY; aunt, Delphine Blevins; cousin, Emma Robinson; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Loudon Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM, with the funeral service to follow at 5:00 PM at Loudon Funeral Home.
