Bruce Lee Anastasia, 71, of Bellaire, Ohio passed away on Friday, April 25, 2025 at Wheeling Hospital WVU Medicine in Wheeling, West Virginia.
He was born July 29, 1953 in Bellaire, Ohio a son to the late Priscilla (McFeeley) and Camilo Anastasia.
A true jack of all trades, Bruce found joy in fixing things, whether it was around the house or in the company of family and friends. His hands were rarely idle, always busy with projects that required his touch and wisdom. One of Bruce's greatest pastimes was fishing. His passion for football was evident to all who knew him, as he proudly declared himself the biggest Steelers fan.
Bruce was a member of Bellaire Eagles 371, where he enjoyed spending time with fellow members.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by son, Mark Zonker; daughter, Barbara "Bobbi" Connor; and sister, Gina Vitale.
He will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Sharon Anastasia, sons, Terry Zonker II and Rick Zonker, siblings, Cameo Anastasia, Pamela Jackson, and Jeffrey Anastasia. His legacy continues through his 16 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren, who cherished their moments with him. In addition, his faithful companion, Chester, will miss his dearly.
Family and friends are to be received at the Bauknecht Altmeyer Funeral Home 441 37th Street, Bellaire, Ohio on Monday, April 28, 2025 from 3pm until 5pm.
