Bruce K. Roberts

Bruce K. Roberts, age 85, of Inverness, IL, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on December 19, 2025.

Bruce graduated from Miami University of Ohio in 1963 and Northwestern University School of Law in 1968. He began his legal career in Chicago with his mentor, Daniel M. Schuyler. Bruce later founded Roberts and Pinter in Inverness, IL. He practiced law for 51 years.

Bruce was a devoted husband of 56 years to Alice, a loving father to Gregory (Ryann) of Chicago, and Jonathan (Kelly) of Fox River Grove, and grandfather extraordinaire to Hudson and Samantha. Bruce was predeceased by his parents, Goodwin and Louise Roberts, and nephew Joshua Roberts. In addition to his children and grandchildren, he is survived by his brother Barry (Marlene) Roberts and niece Hannah (John Brown) Roberts, nephew Jesse Roberts, grandnieces Grace and Finley McKinnon and sister-in-law Ruth Cortright.

Bruce will be remembered for his devotion to family, his ethical practice of the law, his ever-improving golf swing, and his ability to delight others with his whimsical drawings.
