Bruce Sprinkle, 73, of Mindenmines, Missouri, passed away on August 20, 2025, surrounded by his family.
Bruce worked as a skilled diesel mechanic for over 30 years at Heckert Construction and was well respected for his strong work ethic and knowledge. He was also quick to volunteer in his community, serving many years as a firefighter and first responder with the Mindenmines Volunteer Fire Department. Bruce earned his Fire Service Instructor II certification through the Missouri Division of Fire Safety, training and guiding others in fire service with dedication and pride.
He and Marveline were married on August 17, 1991, and built a life together over 34 years, surrounded by the love of their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Bruce is survived by his sons Daniel Sprinkle and Christopher Sprinkle; stepsons Jody Pryor, Jack Pryor (Rhonda), and Travis Pryor; stepdaughter Sherry Osborne (Chuck); sisters Phyllis Bruce and Deborah Harris (Donald); brothers Bob Sprinkle, William Sprinkle, and Gregory Sprinkle (Annette); and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Morris and Eula Sprinkle, stepdaughter Amy, and son Donald.
Memorial contributions may be made to Integrity Hospice or can be taken or sent to Konantz Warden Funeral home to help with final expenses.
