Bruce Wilson

Bruce Allen Wilson, of Southgate, passed away peacefully at home at the age of 74. Bruce was born July 13, 1951 to Allen and Catherine Wilson. He is survived by his siblings, Lynn (Glenn) Buehler, Tom (Debbie) Wilson, Mark (Letisia) Wilson, Carolyn (Mark) Porth, and Jeff (Beth) Wilson. Bruce was preceded in death by his parents.

For many years, Bruce worked diligently for the Social Security Administration in Detroit. He formed lasting friendships there and took great pride in the quality of his work and his unwavering dedication until his retirement.

In later years, he became a true blessing to his parents, faithfully supporting them whenever they needed him. As their firstborn, he remained a loyal and constant presence in their lives.

Though Bruce's life was not without challenges, he was cherished beyond measure.

He enjoyed many hobbies throughout his life. As a young little leaguer, he could send a hardball soaring. He grew into a skilled bowler, and he was unmatched at the Monopoly table-firm in his knowledge of the rules and always vigilant against any attempts at mischief.

Bruce is now peacefully at rest. His family entrusts his memory to God's loving care, holding close the precious moments shared with him until they meet again in glory. May he be welcomed into God's eternal kingdom, and may the memory of how deeply he was loved never fade.
