Bruce Zavatsky passed away on September 16, 2025, at the age of 65.
Born on August 4, 1960, in Wilmington, Delaware, Bruce was the third of six children. He spent 30 years working for General Motors before retiring.
Bruce is survived by his son, Blake, and his grandson, Etheus. He is also survived by his parents, John and Gloria Zavatsky of Norman, and his siblings:
Brian and Tammy of California
Geralynn and Joe Boyd of Michigan
Steven and Kim of Arizona
Patricia Williams of Oklahoma City
Johnny of Norman
He was a beloved uncle to Joey, Josh, Samantha, Jakob, Austin, Brian, and Katie.
Bruce will be remembered for his laughter, warm smile, and the stories he loved to share. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
The family extends a heartfelt thank you to his dear friends Andy, Kevin and Michelle, and Leila, for their love and support.
