Bruno J. Borowczyk, III age 60 of Minocqua, WI passed away on Sunday, September 28th at Marshfield Medical Center in Minocqua, WI. Bruno was born on December 2, 1964 in Cook County, IL the son of Bruno and Catherine (Kush) Borowczyk Jr.
Bruno graduated from Lakeland Union High School in 1983 and married Pamela A. Schnell on June 13, 1987. Bruno was a life long tradesman doing drywall and construction and maintenance. He was very involved through the years with Lakeland Hockey. His family was his number 1 priority. Each and every grandchild was a life saving angel that gave him strength to keep fighting. He loved hockey, the outdoors, travel and watching his grandkids play sports, game nights and family celebrations.
He is survived by his wife Pamela Ann Borowczyk, his children Bruno J. (Kaley) Borowcyzk IV; Gena (Michael) Bernard and Brittney (Scott) Woebbeking and by his grandchildren; Cameron, Brody and Elsie Bernard, Kade and Isabella Woebbeking, Ellie, Sloane and Bruno V. He is further survived by his siblings Mary Curti, Cathy Kuske, Susan Borowcyzk and Barbara Melcher and by many other relatives and friends.
Bruno was preceded in death by his parents Bruno and Catherine Borowcyzk Jr., and by his maternal grandparents Harold and Peggy Kush and paternal grandparents Bruno and Mildred Borowcyzk Sr.
Memorial Gathering for Bruno will be held on Saturday, October 11th at Nimsgern Funeral Home Chapel from 10:00 am till 11:00 am followed by a Memorial Service at 11:00 am and a reception will follow at the funeral home.
